Question : I have a small bulge ( like when mosquito bites ) on my buttock and if I sit continuosly for about 20min and if it's pressurised I get a lot of pain at that part but when there is no pressure on it I donn get any pain . I have it past 2yrs I donn understand which doctor should I reach out. once I showed it to a piles specialist and he was like it's nothing

As I understand you have a small lump which has been there for 2 years. I assume the lump is not growing in size over the years and there is no structural changes noted on the lump.

A clinical examination done by a surgeon and if necessary a scan may be done to identify the cause. You may visit a general surgeon nearby who will evaluate the lump and do the needful.
