I Have A Small Lump On My Right Breast That

Question: I have a small lump on my right breast that has grown in size in the past month. At first I thought it was a pimple but since it has grown I am concerned now. It feels like a pea and fully round. I I pull on my skin I can feel the circular and round texture. Any ideas of what this could be? Does it seem skin related or should I be more concerned?
There is no redness. It looks a little red in the picture since I was pulling on it to feel the ball.
I am currently breastfeeding my 8 month old daughter. I am attaching pictures of the lump. Thank you

Brief Answer:
Epidermoid cyst or acneform eruption, benzoyl peroxide gel
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
There are few possibilities: either epidermoid cyst or acneform eruption.
It is not looking like anything serious.
I would recommend you to apply benzoyl peroxide 2.5 percent gel on the affected area twice daily for 2 weeks.
This should improve your condition.
Otherwise you need to consult a dermatologist and get it removed.
