I Have A Small Pimple Type In The Inner Lip

Question : I have a small pimple type in the inner lip on right side top. i consulted a local ENT doctor, who told me that its a cyst, and gave me an ointment called KENACORT for application over the said cyst. But i am applying the ointment before sleeping since last 5-7 days, however it has not disppeared yet. And my inner mouth skin has become weak and gets cut here and there as i eat any hard or burnt food like tandoori roti etc. Kindly suggest me any good medicine. Whether the cyst in mouth is serious matter??? Whether the only way out is surgery?? i am tensed, please suggest. There is no pain in the cyst, and it is of same colour as of inner skin of lip.
