                                            Question : I have a small rough patch,  red and flaky that doesn't heal  I'm 85, have lots of bumps, dry spots, etc. but this is differen.  I

I would keep a possibility of either eczematous dermatitis or tinea/ fungal infection of skin. They may be difficult to distinguish since redness, dryness, scaling and itching are common symptoms in both of these conditions.
