Brief Answer:
Kindly upload images

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have reviewed your query and noted your concern.

I would keep a possibility of either eczematous dermatitis or tinea/ fungal infection of skin. They may be difficult to distinguish since redness, dryness, scaling and itching are common symptoms in both of these conditions. I request you to kindly upload a few clear images of the affected area in "Reports Section" so that I am able to have a look and guide you accordingly.

Hope to assist you further once I get the images.
Note: Hope the answers resolves your concerns, however for further guidance of skin related queries consult our Dermatologist.Click here to book a consultation
