                                    Brief Answer:
Probably a fungal infection, kindly more details are needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The symptoms seem to be related to a fungal infection.
I suggest you to send a photo of the foot to help me through the diagnosis.
Other information that I may need are:
Is the foot itchy?
Is the mass painful while walking?
Have you used uncomfortable shoes lately?
Meanwhile, I suggest to maintain the foot clean, wash it with antibacterial soap.
I also suggest to use an antifugal cream such as Miconazole cream.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

The area is not itchy, not painful, and it is not uncomfortable to walk on. How would I go about sending you a pic of the area??
