Question : I have a small semi hard mass under my foot near my toes. The area is kind of hard on the surface and is slightly yellow in color.

The symptoms seem to be related to a fungal infection.

Is the foot itchy?

Is the mass painful while walking?

Have you used uncomfortable shoes lately?

Meanwhile, I suggest to maintain the foot clean, wash it with antibacterial soap.

I also suggest to use an antifugal cream such as Miconazole cream.

The area is not itchy, not painful, and it is not uncomfortable to walk on. How would I go about sending you a pic of the area??

It looks like a fungal infection.

I suggest to use Miconazole cream for local application.

I also recommend to maintain a good hygiene of the feet.
