Hii. You are having upper respiratory tract infection. You should consult an ENT surgeon. The mode of treatment will be to find out the source of infection and treat accordingly. This can be done only by seeing the patient.After your doctor suggest you can start an antibiotic, antiallergic tablet levocetrizine, betadine gargle,nasoclear nose drop. Start taking steam inhalation and warm saline and betadine gargle. Drink more fluids. specially warm food.
