Question : I have a strange mix of symptoms. I am currently seeing different specialists to find out what the issue is, but no one has been able to figure it out yet. I was wondering if I could get someone's opinion here. Here is my list of symptoms: chest pain/discomfort, random sweating, short bouts of nausea (no vomiting), short bouts of itchy skin (no rashes or other visible skin issues), short stabbing headaches, feeling of fullness in stomach, throat pain/discomfort.

Have gone through your symptoms. As almost every possible test to diagnose cardiac issue has been done ots not cardiac.
The drug Wellbutrin has all the side effects listed in the book which you are having. Nausea voting allergy headache stomach pain(as a result of gastritis) are all caused by Wellbutrin.Seconfly symptoms are aggressive as it's old generation anti depressant.
I would suggest you to ask you pycchiatrist to new generation drug like paroxetine. Side effects associated are mild. An antacid should be taken along with it to prevent gastritis.
Let me know of you are relieved after changing anti depressant.

Thank you for your quick reply. I have been taking Wellbutrin for several years. These symptoms started about 5 months ago. Is it possible to start having them suddenly after experiencing no side effects for that long?

Basically it's a atypical antidepressant and is used only in people who don't respond to normal antidepressant and almost all your symptoms are typically seen in patient on this drug.
I would suggest you to ask your pyschiatryst to switch over to SSRI like Paroxetine for few days and see if the symptoms subside or not.
If things would remain the same the tests like colonoscopy etc would be planned.
