Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I already reviewed the attached report.
Your symptoms seem to be related to a bulging vein on the penis.
It is very normal.
I suggest to do an ultrasound to exclude the possibility of the blood clots.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,
The treatment of the penile size can be only through surgery.
You should consult a surgeon about the details.

Drinking plenty of water can make a difference to penile size.
Avoid tight underwear and pants.
Hope it helps.
