Question : I have a swollen area on the right side of my chin and that side of my face is red a little swollen and warm, itchy/tingly and that eye waters sometimes it started with a sinus headache on Monday and it has turned into this and is starting to hurt a little bit

As per your history and attached image, it may be due to tonsillitis.

For detailed clinical examination, I would suggest you to consult with ENT specialist. He may procure complete blood count, throat swab sos as per evaluation. You may require antibiotic tablet azithromycin after consultation.

Till then continue steam inhalation twice a day. Do betadine or saline gargles. For headache you can take tablet acetaminophen. Keep yourself hydrated.
