Question : I have a swollen left testicle with occasional pain depending on sitting position. My most recent psa was .4. Always has been sensitive since vasectomy 25 years ago. But never this large.
Brief Answer:
Do an ultrasound.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think you may need to do an ultrasound of the testicles as soon as possible. This will show you the cause of swelling and pain.
It can be a swollen vein , cyst etc .
The PSA isn't too much but in the upper limit of normal PSA.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
