Question : I have a swollen tongue and a lump on left forehead,I am 76. Ate a peach an hour ago, had itching before that.We were at friends house and I think dogs had fleas.Also upper palate feels strange

Hii. Your history is inadequate to come to a diagnosis. How long is the swelling tongue and lump head? If it had appeared after eating peach then it is due to allergic reaction. Consult an Ent surgeon. If needed you may need to take anti allergic tablet levocetrizine. For swelling head please mention the duration. Please mention whether you have any allergic nose symptoms, fever.
