Question : I have a tattoo on my leg just above my ankle that is at least 13 years old. In the last year where there is red ink it has whelped up almost looking like a raised scar. It did itch for a while but it doesn’t anymore and it is a little soar to the touch. Do I need to see a Dr. or is there something I can do at home that will help?

I would recommend you to apply a gel containing silicon on the affected area twice daily. It is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.
