Question : I have a very bad cold, with a runny nose. a little bit of fever. my right side of the face hurts a lot, never had this before. The runny nose and coughing is constant. While coughing sometimes the cough is white sometimes it is yellowish green.

For that, I would suggest you consult a physician for detailed clinical examination.

S/he may procure complete hemogram, chest x-ray, throat swab as per evaluation.

You may require antibiotics after consultation.

Meanwhile, you can take tablet acetaminophen, tablet Levocetirizine 5mg once daily and cough expectorant available over the counter.

Along with that, do saline/ betadine gargles.
