I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

Please share your symptoms in detail like whether fever is associated with chills and rigors,cough,coryza,vomitings,pain abdomen or any urinary symptoms.
Since how long,are you having fever?
Did you take any drugs?If yes....what were they?

For the time being,you can take Paracetamol round the clock I.e 3 to 4 times daily and keep yourself well hydrated.

When i have cough there is abdomen pain and no vomiting incident is observed .And there is always running nose. Somehow i manage with crosin tablet and paracetamol 650

Welcome back.

For you,my first diagnosis would be respiratory tract infection.
You need a antibiotic course like Amoxicillin 500 mg thrice a day and an antihistamine like levocetrizine once a day.
Continue Paracetamol.
Go for steam inhalation and take soothing lozenges.

If the symptoms do not improve,please visit your clinician who would procure your X ray and blood work like CBC and would treat accordingly.
