Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Yes diet plan is important, but with this report, you also need to take cholesterol lowering medication.

1. **Increase Soluble Fiber Intake:** Foods like oats, beans, lentils, fruits, and vegetables are rich in soluble fiber, which can help lower LDL cholesterol.

2. **Choose Healthy Fats:** Opt for unsaturated fats found in olive oil, and nuts, while reducing saturated fats from red meat and full-fat dairy.

3. **Omega-3 Fatty Acids:** Include fatty fish like salmon, mackerel, or walnuts in your diet, which contain heart-healthy omega-3s.

4. **Limit Trans Fats:** Avoid trans fats found in many processed and fried foods.

5. **Eat More Plant Sterols:** Some foods like fortified margarine contain plant sterols that can help lower LDL cholesterol.

6. **Portion Control:** Watch your portion sizes to avoid overeating.

7. **Increase Physical Activity:** Regular exercise can help raise HDL (good) cholesterol and lower LDL (bad) cholesterol.

8. **Moderate Alcohol Consumption:** If you drink, do so in moderation as excessive alcohol can raise cholesterol levels.

9. **Reduce Added Sugars:** Limit sugary beverages and snacks as they can contribute to weight gain and higher cholesterol.

10. **Stay Hydrated:** Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

11.Start atorvastatin for few months.

12. Above things would also help to reduce acidity, meanwhile you can take proton pump inhibitors to reduce acidity.

I Hope Your Query is clear now.
