Brief Answer:
Probably mucous cysts, you should not be worried.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to mucous cyst.

There are many medical conditions that can cause these cysts such as microtrauma from lip biting, cheek biting etc.

They are very common and usually go away on its own.

They may not require treatment.

Warm salt water rinses may help speed up the healing process.

You may also use anti-inflammatory medication to reduce inflammation such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three tablets a day.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
