Question : I have acidity and gas .
Last month i suffered a stomach infection ,had a course
of metrogyl and doxypar for 8 days.

take a course of antacid like pantocid dsr 1-0-0 for 10 days and probiotic like providac 1-0-0 for 14 days, mebiz sr 200 mg 1-0-0 and see how you feel.
Also acidity and increased stool frequency could be aggravated by antibiotics like the one you took.
in addition try following things and see how you feel.
1. eat on time
2. exercise regularly
3. develop some hobbies
4. go for regular walk
5. sleep adequately for 8 hrs
6. avoid stress
7. avoid coffee, aerated drinks, tobacco, smoking, alcohol if any.
8. avoid sleeping or lying down 2 hours after meals
9. take small frequent meals, have more curd, butter milk in diet.
10. do some yoga and mind relaxation techniques


all this will help you in long run.
