Hello,

I have undergone your query and attached image. Here is my advise.

As per attached image, it looks like mild pustule i.e. pimple

For that you can apply ointment containing benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin. Apply it twice a day.

Alternately you can also apply ointment having Retin-A 0.05%. These medications should be available over the counter.

Along with that wash your face regularly. Avoid harsh cosmetic products. Avoid hot and humid environment. Be stress free.
