                                    Brief Answer:
Management of acne
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query.
I would recommend you to to use triclosan based soap ( acneguard soap) on the back during bath, take capsule doxycycline 100 mg once daily at bedtime and apply benzoyl peroxide 10 percent cream only on the pimples at bedtime for 6 weeks.
These are prescription drugs and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.
Avoid dairy products, sugars, cleansing of the back, wear cotton clothes, stay in cool airy environment.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
