Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
As per your complaint, it seems that you are suffering from malabsorption.Greasy and floating stool is clearly suggestive of deficiency of fat burning enzymes in your G.i.t tract.Floating stools is suggestive of large amount of gas produced in intestines. As this gas is produced its absorbed in fecal matter causing it to float.
Overall these symptoms are a result of improper digestion of food due to compromised pancreatic system.
I would suggest you to add digestive supplements like papain, proteases, lipases etc to your diet.
Secondly take probiotic econorm twice daily.
Avoid fatty fried and fast food.
Blood work is not going to help if you are suspecting a pseudocyst get a MRI done.It would reflect the exact condition of your system.
If you have any further specific query feel free to ask,
Thank!
