The irritation is on my genital area on penis. I have taken antifungal but not better. Actually now more tender than before. I tried to send pictures of it and please let me know if clear

Okay, but what is the reason why I got this? Also I am not sexually active at all, but is it okay to use Vaseline when I need to down there
