I Have An Issue With My Penis, I Have Seen

Question: I have an issue with my penis, i have seen a doctor on 2 seperate ocassions and asked a question on this cite. The first visit the doctor; he stated give it some time, nothing to do. 2 weeks later contacted this cite and the Dr stated it may be paraphimosis, if i couldnt pull my foreskin over my head. He then stated balantisis could be the issue. I then proceeded to go back to the doctor who then stated it looked like a normal penis with no issues then prescribed me Nystain Cream USP( I am convinced he has no idea). i have been using it and i have not seen any change.
My issue; around the shaft it will tighten up in between the head and base, randomly it will get hard but not a full erection but will be hard? its not icty or red. i guess some slight purple could be seen maybe? I have attached a picture.
I can still get an erection, but when i go it feels like its not 100%25. I do not know what to do? suck it up and pay for a urologist with no health insurance?

Brief Answer:
Steroid oinment or surgery
Detailed Answer:
Hi Acsabo4,
I agree that your own doctor has no clue. It looks like paraphimosis. I suggest steroid ointment daily for 14 days (your GP can prescribe) and of this does not work, referral to a urologist as surgery may be necessary.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if you have further questions.

Do you have a recommendation for a specific steroid ointment? I am going to a new GP.

Mildison
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Try Mildison or something similar. Local antibiotics may also be advisable but hear your new GP first.
Best wishes
