Question : I have an uncircumcised penis. It's almost impossible to retract the skin completely when it's erect but skin can be retracted when it's not erect.

also once the skin is completely retracted it's kind of difficult to put it back in its place

Do you think this to be a problem?

Based on the facts that you have posted problem of inability to retract foreskin completely over Glans penis on erection that you are facing is due to Partial Phimosis ,

Consult qualified General surgeon or Urologist for clinical examination in person to confirm the diagnosis .
