Question : I have been blasted and constipated for days. I have used Metamucil and eaten Activa.No help there. I inserted a suppository and could feel something in my throat and still very little tesuits. I have a burning sensation all around my body under my breast to my back.HELP!!!

Your symptoms seem to be related to constipation.

Metamucil is a fiber supplement to help relieve the constipation.

I also suggest to use an over the counter laxative option such as Miralax.

The feeling of something in the throat is probably related to gastroesofageal reflux.

I suggest to use an antacid such as Maalox three times a day.

I also suggest to use a medication to lower the acidity in the stomach such as Omeprazole 20 mg in the morning before breakfast.

I recommend to use a fiber rich diet and drink a lot of liquids.
