Question: Hello, I have been bothered for more than three weeks with a slight cramp on upper right abdomen. Also scratchy throat and upset stomach.

Hello,

I think that these symptoms are possibly caused by GERD gastro esophageal reflux.
The stomach content may return to esophagus and to throat causing the scratchy throat feeling, upset stomach, upper stomach cramping.
You may need to use antiacids such maalox or Pepto Bismol found over the counter.
