Brief Answer:
groin pain can be exercise related, stone related or else.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' services.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

* There can be stomach and backache with hard stomach exercises, but the groin pain
does not correlate with any referred pain of that.

It can be due to a kidney stone, gravels in the urinary stone or even isolated groin ligament pull after some particular posture adaptation.

Kindly provide some further details so that I can answer your query completely:

1. Pain - type, radiation if anywhere.
2. Associated features of nausea, vomiting.
3. Any discomfort in urination?
4. Was there any similar pain before the onset of stomach exercises or not?

Awaiting your response.
Regards.
