Hello there,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I've gone through your query in details...
I can understand your concerns...
Although any amount of alcohol can be deleterious for our liver in the long run, your test result parameters seem to be clinically not in the significant ranges. In general, at clinical practice, ALT and AST ranges are not considered significantly elevated unless they're elevated 2 to 3 fold. So, this AST 44 and ALT 41 is considered clinically non-significant.
Moreover, since the Bilirubin and GGT level is also reported fie, then you need not worry. However, 2 bottles a day is quite the higher level and is advisable to reduce it to weekly once or twice (preferably stop it completely) for future wellbeing. For the occasional RUQ pain, I'd recommend getting an Ultrasound abdomen to look into it further.
Let me know if I can assist you further...
Wish you a good health...
