Brief Answer:
Regular exercises will help to some extent, check for fibromyalgia

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Ask A Doctor Service.

Based on your description, I suspect some form of joint pathology like rheumatoid arthritis or fibromyalgia syndrome.

Keeping active and regular exercises will help reduce the symptoms to certain degree.

I suggest you to consult an orthopedic surgeon and undergo some tests to check for rheumatoid arthritis and vitamin D levels.

Vitamin D Deficiency can also cause such muscle pains.

And if it is fibromyalgia, then the treatment options are not many, but that diagnosis is of exclusion.

Please consult an orthopedic surgeon first and proceed as advised.

Hope this helps.

Best regards
