Question: I have been experiencing strong muscle craps around my ribs, abdomen, calfs, hamstrings, toes, lats, etc.
They seem to be getting worse and double me over with pain when they come.
I am trying to drink a lot of water, but it doesn't seem to stop them.
I had a stroke in my cerebellum about a year ago and am on blood thinners, blood pressure, and cholesterol meds.
