Brief Answer:
Please upload pictures

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for the query.

Well, it lools like the soreness of tongue with no other symptoms can be due to mild inflammation of tongue.

Please upload a clear picture of your tongue so that I can have a look and advise you accordingly..

Also please answers the following questions

-Do you experience any dryness in mouth?
-Do you have any medical history or are you on any medication?
-Is there any history of allergies?
-Have you eaten any very hot, sour, spicy, hard or sharp foods recently?

Please revert back with picture and answers.

Thanks
