Brief Answer:
Try Benzoyl peroxide cream on acne only

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can try Benzoyl Peroxide cream locally on acne only. Dont apply medicinal products on normal skin. You can use mild products for face like sandal soap.

If this doesnot help, then antibiotics maybe needed.

Visiting dermatologist will help in confirming diagnosis. Since acne are recurring, medicines may only provide temporary cure. You can also do regular exercise, avoid oily foods.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
