Brief Answer:
You should get some lab tests done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.

I have gone through your query. You seem to be having dermographism and urticaria.
Your wheezing could also be related to the allergic reaction.

It has multiple causes like infection, food, and drug allergies, thyroid disorders, autoimmune and in one-third of individuals occurs without a cause.

I would recommend you to go for certain lab tests to find out the cause of your problem.
These are complete blood count, serum IgE levels, thyroid function tests, anti-TPO levels, and urinalysis.

Meanwhile, continue with your anti-allergic medication (Montec LC tab).

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
Dr Asmeet
