More information needed
Detailed Answer:
Helo,
I understand your concern. Constant lower back pain, unrelated to trauma, made worse by change of position and going on for a long time is a symptom that requires thorough investigation.
In order for me to give you a more informed opinion I need more information on your present condition. Have you noticed any weight loss recently? Do you feel weakness, or numbness or tingling in the legs? Does the pain spread to one or both legs? Does the pain increase at rest or during the night? Does the pain disturb your sleep? Have you had any changes in your bowel or bladder habits? Have you been experiencing any fever?
What medication have you used for the pain and does it help?
Please take the time to answer the above questions so I may have the necessary information to give you my opinion. Thank you.

Recommended tests
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,
Sorry for the delay in my answer...
As a first step, I would recommend a complete blood count test, a urine analysis, a kidney-ureter-bladder (KUB) Ultrasound to rule out a urinary tract infection or stone, as well as an ultrasound of the ovaries and uterus.
If these are normal, the next step would be a lumbar MRI looking for any lumbar spine anomaly.
Please discuss with your primary care physician for a referral.
I hope this answers your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
