I Have Been Having A Dull Pain On The Right
Question: I have been having a dull pain on the right side of my neck near the sternum. There is also a slight bulge. The last month, the pain is more steady,with all of the following issues: no appetite, nausea, fatigue, weakness, constipation.

Based on the history you have shared, this swelling needs to be reviewed by your primary care physician or an ENT specialist. With history of thyroid and breast disease, it's of particular importance as it needs to be evaluated on ultrasound or CT neck for any thyroid relates swelling like cold nodule or cyst.
Lymph node enlargement also needs to be worked up. Fresh thyroid profile along with blood counts should be done. LDH levels and peripheral blood film for any atypical lymphocytes should also be done for lymphoma etc. In the context of oral symptoms, ENT specialist review for looking into throat with flexible laryngoscope etc should also be done.
