Hi,

From what I understand you have anal discharge for a week. I would like to know if you have loose stools or vomiting.

Anal discharge could be related to gastroenteritis which may be related to amoebic infection. I would suggest treating with antiamoebic drugs which is a prescription medication. Your treating doctor will know about it.
