Question : I have been having chest pain problems for about 3 weeks now. I have a constant sharp and crushing pain on the left side of my chest, under my breast. I have also been having problems breathing, I feel like I can’t get enough air. Sometimes I’ll feel a sharp stabbing pain in my left shoulder blade. Also, sometimes my left arm will get very weak and heavy. I have no idea what’s going on but it’s very worrying and painful

Also, about 4-5 weeks ago, I had to leave work several times because I almost passed out. I’ve never had problems with passing out before so this is new. I drove to medexpress and almost passed out while driving and it resulted in me being very shaky and slurring some. She said she couldn’t figure out what was wrong and to go to a bigger doctor right away but I never went and then the virus stuff happened and I’ve been too afraid to go, in case I end up contracting the disease

I have gone through the detailed history you have given.
By your history and description, possibility of heart diseases related chest pain is more likely.
So better to consult physician in person and get done clinical examination, blood pressure monitoring, ecg and 2d echo to rule out heart diseases. Also chest X ray to rule out lung issues.
If all these reports are normal then possibility of stress and anxiety related symptoms is more likely.
