Question: Hello, I have been having issues with my ears Dies this k like a normal ear canal?? issues are ringing in ears. First picture is left ear second picture is rig

I see the photos you attached and the both ear canals look normal.
They look normal in colour, no discharge, normal ear drum.
Possibly the ringing is not associated with ear issues but with blood vessels issues.
