I don’t go at all. I have extreme bloat and gas with nausea at times. When this flares up I pass mucous or blood with or without bowel movements. Even if I have a bowel movement I still feel pressure like I need to go again. I had a colonoscopy about eight months ago. The only abnormality was a benign polyp. I haven’t seen the doctor yet for my current problem. I have Sjögren syndrome, fibromyalgia, and small fiber neuropathy. I have wondered if this is a symptom of one of those conditions. Thanks for any information you can give me.

Hello, and welcome to 'Ask A Doctor'
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your query and it looks like the symptoms are due to the benign polyp. The other conditions do not cause mucous and bloody diarrhoea. I would suggest youto meet your doctor and get the right treatment for benign polyp which is usually the removal of the polyp.
I hope this helps. Please feel free to discuss further if any.
