Question : I have been in severe pain for months. The pain is in my bladder area. It is more of a cramping with the pain at a 7/10 level. I have no female organs for years, I have no more appendix or gallbladder. I have severe sharp shooting pain when pressing in the lower right abdomen right next to hip bone, my gyn said that’s my sigmoid colon. The other symptoms I’m having is a weird sensation of a string being pulled from inside my vagina to clitoris. It sometimes feels like my vagina is falling out. I don’t have incontinence, there is no pain or urgency with urination. I have been cleared by urologist after a cystoscopy and CT of abdomen. I have been to the gynecologist and she cannot find anything. My next doctor is the gastroenterologist. Could this pain and pressure be a Gastro issue? Or a pelvic muscle issue? Or maybe a nerve issue? Or any other ideas? Or possibly scar tissue? I’m so tired of hurting so much and need help!

I forgot to mention that I have throbbing in my vagina and bladder area

                                    Brief Answer:
Nerve issue or scar tissue related pain likely.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
You do not seem to have any bladder issues. The pain can be related to a nerve issue or a scar tissue due to the multiple surgeries that you had.
You can get an MRI scan of the lower spine to find out any nerve compression. Medicines like Pregabalin can help in reducing pain in such cases. Diagnostic laparoscopy can help in detecting any adhesions.
I hope this answers your query.
