Question : I have been noticing a split in my pee for a while. It is very frequent and not just after I ejaculate. I could stay days without ejaculating and there would still be a split or a main stream along with a minor spray. What is this?

As per your history, there can be several causes for split urine which should get evaluated.

Please let me know :
Do you have burning while urination, fever, blood in urine, abdominal pain, injury?

For further assessment, I would suggest you to consult with urologist for detailed clinical examination.

He may procure physical/local examination, ultrasound abdomen and pelvis, cystoscopy SOS as per evaluation to rule out stricture/adhesion of urethral track.
