Question : I have been on testosterone cypionate 200mg 1ml injections since March 29th 2019, my recent blood test revealed a T level of 1125 3 days after injection and a estrogen level of 140, should I inject every 3 weeks instead of two or what's your thoughts.

I read your query and here is my advice.

Your current testosterone levels are really high and higher than normal range also taking count that you tested it on third day when it reaches the highest levels.
You preferably should have levels of 600ng/dl. The levels of testosterone drop gradually so the best solution is to inject it every 3 weeks or up to 22 days apart.
