Question : I have been suffering from gastric and feeling heat inside the stomach. I am feeling constipation too. there is gas and this tried to get out of stomoch everytime.

I have my 3 meals on time and sufficiently good. Have enough water. I do good amount of physical activity.

hi dr. thanks for your replay. this problem is there for really long time. say about 5+ years. it's an on and off problem. now it's increased
no any medication then
no other illnesses.

I don't take any medication.

I eat non veg food. but this summer I have decreed to a great extent. I eat raw veges too. I do workout and stay physically active
