Brief Answer:
Sleep

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for follow up.

Presence of appropriate TSH level and low cortisol level indicates that the sleep disorder is not due to stress/thyroid disorder and due to some other cause.
As we discussed around two weeks back one of the cause for your sleep disorder is obsessive compulsive disorder (as per your old prescriptions). I must acknowledge here that there might be other causes at the same time as I have limited information about your illness.

Considering OCD as primary cause I like to inform you that the most important thing to treat your sleep disorder lies with treatment of underlying cause rather than sleep itself. I also like to know effect of quetiapine which I suggested earlier during our last communication.

I look forward to assist you further.
Thanks and regards.
