I Have Been Taking 5mg Amlodapine Each Morning And 300mg

Question: I have been taking 5mg Amlodapine each morning and 300mg Irbesartan in the evening. I am very fatigue during the day and wondered if it would make a difference if I swapped them around? Or perhaps take them both at night? Would it change the efficacy at all?

It is unlikely you will benefit from swapping the anti hypertensives.
You have to rule out conditions like huponatremia(low sodium) that can precipitate the symptoms. Basic blood routine also be done.
Make sure that your blood pressure not too low that can mimic the symptoms.

Low sodium has been detected at the last hospital visit. No medical advice was given to treat this. Are there any safe ways to treat low sodium?

Treatment will depend on severity of hyponateremia(low sodium status)

Hi,
The treatment plan depend on severity of the symptoms and blood level of sodium. For mild hypinatremia, that is sodium value between 130-135 no medical management is required and dietary supplementation as in the form of high salted diet will be enough. In severe cases medicines may be required.
You have to do a blood sodium assay to confirm the diagnosis.
