Question: I have been taking dolo for last 3 days 3 tablets a day. I had rigorous exercise after long time and after that my body sorenes was extreme , and fever started. First day I had chills . But now there is no chills... There is a bit of headache as well as weakness ... I'm taking azithromycin 500 mg too 1 tablet a day... My fever on first day was 102.7 and now it's 100.6.....how to reduce

As per your history, though you are taking antibiotics and still fever is not subsiding, so I think you may require further evaluation to rule out other possible causes for fever with chills.

Please let me know do you have cough, cold, sore throat, burning while urination?

For further assessment, I would suggest you to consult with family physician for detailed clinical examination. He may procure complete hemogram, peripheral smear for malarial parasite, dengue ns1, urine analysis, throat swab as per evaluation to rule out flu/malaria/urine infection.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. Till then continue tablet Dolo for fever. Continue saline or betadine gargles twice a day. Keep yourself hydrated.
