Question : I have been taking oral liquid nystatin for 11 days at small doses for oral thrush. I've also been using a topical cream, lotrimin. I started having symptoms of a vaginal yeast infection so I took monistat 1. I started having some heat flushing and I'm wondering if I over did it or if the meds will interract with each other

I read your query and here is my advice.
I don't believe that the heat flushing you were expecting may be related to overdoing with the drugs you mentioned. Monistat1
vaginal cream and lotrimin skin cream can't be absorbed systemically ( in blood) or the absorption is so small and insignificant so they can't interact with Nystatin taken orally. So you didn't overdo it and the heat flushing wasn't a sign of overdoing it.
