Acute pancreatitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
You are reporting to have abdominal pain , elevated lipase level and ct scna showing inflammed intestine.
To my opinion your symptoms seems to be related with acute pancreatitis.
Otherwise I need to check by myself your ct scan report so I can give a more accurate opinion.
I need to know:
- about leucocyte level, PCR and liver ,gallbladder enzymes like GGT ,ALP, AST,ALT.
- did you use alcohol before this happens.
?
Hope it was helful to you.

My platelets are low, most labs in relationship to white blood cells are all low, neutrophils, lymphocytes, basophils, and the absolute levels for these are also all low.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back..
Elevated lipase level is typical for pancreatic issues like pancreatitis.
this is why first of all you have to rule out this isse.
Otherwise there are a lot of chronic infections that may cause low blood cells like low white and platelet count.
One of this causes and most common is HIV infection.
once more I need to check by myself your blood report to better evaluate it.
Wish you all the best
