Question : I have bilateral shin bruising that is superficial. I bruise very easily and when I am not bruised my legs are discolored brown. My forearms bruise easily also but no skin staining remains. I do not take any medicines that would cause bruising.

You should get investigated.
Investigations like Bleeding time, Clotting time, Prothrombin time, etc should be done.
