I am 42 years old
I checked for FBS it is reading 84 last week
No diabetic
No medication

Change the foot wear

Hi,

Thanks for the images.

They appear to be friction blisters. If they are not pus filled, there is no intervention needed. You may have to just change the foot wear. The blisters will dry o their own.

If the blisters are pus filled , then breaking open is the only solution. Which i think is not the chance based o the appearance and location.
