Question : I have bloating after a meal, sometimes in the morning I’m nauseated, and if I press into my solar plexus region it’s sore. I do have ibs, mild acid reflux, and gluten sensitivity.
Having said that, I was taking care of my terminally ill mom, and eating like crap.

Brief Answer:
Gastritis and intolerance possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think the bloating may be due to the mild intolerance or sensitivity that you may have.

The soreness in the solar plexus, in hypocaloric reason and nausea may be due to gastritis.
Taking omeprazole is a good idea and you can also take antiacids such Pepto-Bismol or maalox.
Also remember to sleep with more pillows, eat at least 2-3 hours before sleep.
Try to have less gluten in your diet and less fibres that can cause bloating.
Limit coffee and alcohol intake.
Also stress caused by your mother illness can make symptoms worse so try to limit stress.
Go for a walk and eat more black chocolate.
Visit a gastroenterologist if this doesn't work.

Use less acid foods and less fruit juices such orange juice.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
